Stamp for the European Youth Olympic Festival to be held in Sarajevo and East Sarajevo from 9 to 16 February. The stamp shows Grudvi, mascot of festival and logo. You can see Grudvi playing hockey in the lower right corner of the stamp.

In 1991 the Bosnia and Herzegovina parliament declared the states sovereign and in early 1992 declared independence from Yugoslavia.
