This 3-ring binder holds the plastic stamp card folders for the NHL All-Star stamp cards for the years 2000, 2001 and 2002 (see can-20000205-z-002, can-20010118-z-002 and can-20020112-z-002). No cards were issued with the 2003 and 2004 series of stamps. The 2005 set of stamps came with cards but no plastic holder for them.
