Much confusion about this stamp. The stamp says that the depicted scene is

XXVI Winter Olympics, Hockey
Keith Tkachuk, USA, Dmitiri Mironov, CIS

First, there has not been a XXVI Winter Olympics yet. The Winter Olympics of 2014 are the XXII Winter Olympics. Second, CIS stands for Commonwealth of Independent States (a regional organization whose participating countries were former Soviet Republics, formed during the breakup of the Soviet Union) and as such only participated in one Winter Olympics in 1992 (Roman numberal XVI). Third, in 1992 Dmitri Mironv did not play in the 1992 Winter Olympics although Keith Tkachuk did. Finally, both players were on the ice at the same time but it was in the 1992 Junior Ice Hockey Championships.
