Currency Reform


Currency reform took place Mar. 4, 1990. Until stamps in the new currency were issued, mail was to be hand stamped "Franqeo Pagado," (Postage Paid). Stamps were not used again until Apr. 25, 1991. The following four sets and one airmail set were sold by the post office but were not valid for postage.
