First Day of Issue = November 10, 1919 Size: 27.00 mm x 31.00 mm Perforated 10.00 x 11.50 Russian stamp with a surcharge and an overprint that consists of a radial framework with an Orthodox cross that is flanked with letters "L" and "P" with the surcharge beneath the cross. The "L" and "P" stand for "Latwijas Paschwalde" which translates to "Latvian Autonomy". The surcharge is for 10 ruble over 3.5 ruble.
